There were no surprises when Jake White named his squad to face USA on Sunday in the final group match.

White picked his best players in an attempt to build momentum before the quarterfinals. Schalk Burger returns to the side that shows 13 changes from the one that played against Tonga. The rest of White’s first choice players all return, with the exception of Bakkies Botha who is rested and moves to the bench. Akona Ndugane gets his first start in a World Cup match after he recovered from the rib injury he suffered against Connacht. The game on Sunday sees White in charge for the 50th time and Albert van den Berg makes his 50th appearance fot the Bokke.
