The Blues put up a fantastic display of controlled running rugby to destroy the Lions at Ellispark.

The Lions made to many basic errors and they had no answer to the skills of the Blues. The Blues secured the bonus point before half time and ran in 7 tries in total to secure an easy victory. The Lions did manage to score a consolation try in the last minute but the have to improve a lot if they want to avoid any more big defeats.
